Pärnu is situated on the southerly coast of Estonia around 200 miles south of the Capital, Tallinn. The town has always been a popular holiday destination for Estonians because of its wide beaches and numerous health spas.

Many wealthy Estonians own summer houses in the town, which also boasts a thriving arts scene.
